How the classes work
Classes meet by
phone - you can take the class from the privacy of your home or office, no
traveling required! (If both parents wish to attend the class, each person can
participate by calling in from separate phones or using a speaker phone).
When you register, I will provide you with a telephone "bridge number"
which you will then call at the start time for the class, to join the
conference call. Each class is one hour long, and we go over the reasons
for denial in detail and go through a step-by-step process teaching you exactly
what you need to know and say to overcome the specific denial.

Fees
You can sign up for
individual classes at $50.00* per class or
register for a package of all three at the discounted
rate of $125.00*. This is a tremendous value considering the amount
of money at stake. [Normal long distance telephone charges may
apply.]
* Class fees are per family, not per
individual, so both parents may attend the classes for one
price.
Class Schedule
Each class is held once
per month, on Monday evenings from 8pm to 9pm Eastern time. If you decide to
register for the discount package of all three classes, you may choose any of
the available dates that best fit your schedule.
